Shipping policy.

How we ship your order, how long it takes, what it costs, and what happens if something goes wrong.

The short version

We ship across India from our Delhi studio via Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post. Orders leave within 24–48 hours. Delivery takes 3–7 working days. Free above ₹1499, flat ₹79 below. COD available with a ₹49 surcharge. Every order is trackable via email and WhatsApp. International shipping not currently available.

Note: These are working-day estimates (Mon–Sat excluding public holidays). Delays can happen due to weather, strikes, or local events outside our control. If your parcel is delayed beyond the ranges above, we investigate with the courier and keep you updated.

All shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. GST is already included in product prices.

How orders are processed

  1. You place your order. We receive it instantly and send a confirmation email.
  2. Within 24 hours (working days), we pick, pack, and label the order at our Delhi studio.
  3. We hand it to our courier partner (usually Delhivery for most of India, Bluedart for express).
  4. You receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp.
  5. Your parcel ships, and the courier provides real-time status updates.
  6. You receive a final delivery confirmation, usually with a delivery photo.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we send you a tracking link. You can check status in one of three ways:

Real-time tracking updates are provided by the courier (Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, India Post). Occasionally tracking status takes 12–24 hours to update after handover — that's normal.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available across India except a small number of remote pincodes that our courier partners flag as non-serviceable. Availability is confirmed at checkout based on your pincode.

International shipping

We do not currently ship outside India. International shipping is on our roadmap — we need to finalise customs classification, export-compliant packaging, and international courier rates before launching this reliably.

If your parcel is delayed

Our published delivery ranges are based on what typically happens. Occasionally parcels are slower due to weather, courier disruptions, or local events. Here's what to do:

If your parcel arrives damaged

If the parcel or its contents arrive visibly damaged:

  1. Photograph the damaged packaging before opening fully.
  2. WhatsApp or email the photos within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. We arrange a free replacement, shipped the same or next working day.
  4. No need to return the damaged item — you keep it.

Address changes

You can change your shipping address within 8 hours of placing an order (approximately our dispatch window). After that, the parcel has already been handed to the courier and address changes are handled by the courier directly — sometimes free, sometimes with a small re-routing fee depending on the provider.

If you miss the delivery

Our courier partners typically attempt delivery up to 3 times. After 3 failed attempts, the parcel is returned to us. If the failure was due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we charge a reshipment fee for another attempt. If you asked us to hold delivery due to travel, we hold the parcel for up to 14 days at no extra cost.
