Use the form for anything: order questions, custom commissions, returns, press, partnerships, or just general curiosity. If it's time-sensitive, WhatsApp is faster (usually under an hour during studio hours). The form goes to Neha, our support lead.
For faster routing, use the email address most relevant to your question. All general enquiries to hello@ are perfectly fine too — we'll forward internally — but going direct shaves a day off the response time.
Product questions, order status, anything that doesn't fit the categories below. Replies within 24 hours.
Damage claims, refund requests, replacement orders, skin reactions. Acknowledged within 24 hours, resolved within 3 working days. See Refund Policy.
Retailers, brand collabs, event bookings, bulk orders. Include your business name, location, and timeline. Reply within 48 hours.
Editorial coverage, interviews, product-testing, brand photos, press kits. Mention your publication and deadline in the subject line.
Data deletion requests, privacy concerns, DPDP Act enquiries (Indian data protection law). Response within 7 working days as legally required.
Illustrators, designers, support staff, internships. Subject: "Careers — [role]". Include portfolio + a short note on why us. Replies within 2 weeks.
We publish our response SLAs because vague promises annoy us as customers and we try not to repeat that. Here's what you can expect:

Responses may be slower during Diwali, Holi, Republic Day / Independence Day holidays, and between 24 Dec – 2 Jan. We'll always publish holiday schedules on Instagram a week in advance.
