The agreement between you and ANNA Z TATTO when you use this site or buy from us. Written in plain English so a normal person can read it in under ten minutes.
By using this website (annaztatto.shop), placing an order, or submitting a custom commission brief, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or buy from us. You must be 18 or older to place an order independently; users aged 13–17 may use the site with parental or guardian consent.
These terms are between you (the "Customer") and ANNA Z TATTO Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in India with office at 2E/8, Third Floor, Jhandewalan Extension, New Delhi 110055 ("we", "us", "the Studio").
We sell semi-permanent tattoos: peel-and-apply transfer film products that deposit a plant-derived pigment in the outermost layer of skin, which fades naturally over 1–2 weeks. We also provide custom commission services where our studio artists draw original designs to your brief.
We use reasonable efforts to ensure all product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability information on this site are accurate. In the event of a genuine pricing error or out-of-stock issue, we reserve the right to cancel orders and issue a full refund.
Colour reproduction on screens varies. The exact colour and finish of the ink on your skin may differ slightly from product photography due to screen calibration, lighting conditions, and individual skin chemistry. Minor variations are not considered product defects.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we send you an order confirmation email — at that point, a binding contract exists between us.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, inability to verify identity or delivery address, out-of-stock items, genuine pricing errors, or orders to jurisdictions where our products are not legally permitted. In any case where we cancel an order, we will refund any payment in full within 3 working days.
You can modify or cancel your order within 8 hours of placing it (approximately our dispatch window). After dispatch, standard returns policy applies — see our Refund Policy.
All prices on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹) and inclusive of applicable GST. Pricing is subject to change without notice, but the price you see at the moment of checkout is the price you pay for that order.
We accept payment via UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), net banking, wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, Freecharge, Amazon Pay), and Cash on Delivery. Payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. COD orders include a ₹49 surcharge.
For Cash on Delivery orders above ₹2,500, we require a 25% advance payment via UPI to confirm the order, refundable if you cancel before dispatch.
Invoices are generated electronically and emailed with your order confirmation. If you need a GST invoice in your company's name, include the company GSTIN at checkout.
We ship across India via reputable courier partners (Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, India Post). Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on factors partly outside our control (courier performance, weather, local holidays, remote pincodes).
Free shipping applies to orders above ₹1499. Below that, a flat ₹79 standard shipping charge applies. Express delivery (₹199) and COD surcharge (₹49) are additional where applicable.
We do not currently ship outside India. International shipping is expected to launch in late 2026.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery. If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph it before opening fully and contact us within 48 hours — we will arrange a replacement free of charge.
If delivery fails repeatedly due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you, or if the parcel is refused at delivery without valid reason, we may charge a reshipment fee for any subsequent delivery attempt.
Our full refund and return policy is available on a dedicated page. In summary: unopened products returnable within 7 days for a full refund; damaged or incorrect items replaced free; custom commissions refundable on a staged basis depending on what's been produced; skin reactions fully covered including medical costs.
Custom commission contracts form only when: (a) you submit a brief, (b) we send you a quote, (c) you accept the quote and make payment. At that point, our artists begin work.
Revisions: two rounds of revisions are included in the quoted price. Additional revisions are charged at ₹150 per round.
Timeline: our standard turnaround is 3–5 working days from payment to dispatch. Rush delivery (48 hours, +₹300) is available subject to artist capacity. We notify you in advance if circumstances will delay your order.
Intellectual property: the artwork we create for your commission is licensed to you for personal use (applying the tattoo, printing, framing, personal social media). We retain copyright and moral rights as the original creator. For commercial use — resale, merchandise, corporate use, tattoo reproduction as permanent ink by another artist — a separate commercial licensing agreement is required. Contact us for rates.
Third-party IP: we do not reproduce copyrighted work, other tattoo artists' original designs without written permission, logos of companies you do not represent, or content protected by personality/publicity rights without appropriate consent. If you submit such a brief, we will notify you and offer alternatives.
Sensitive content: we reserve the right to refuse briefs containing hateful imagery, illegal content, content harmful to minors, or content our artists find personally objectionable. Refunds in such cases are processed in full within 3 working days.
All designs sold through our ready-made catalogue are original works created by ANNA Z TATTO studio artists. Copyright in these designs remains with us. Purchase of a tattoo grants you a limited personal-use licence: you may apply the tattoo to your own skin, photograph and share the result on personal social media, and display it as part of your normal presence.
You may not: resell our designs, include them in paid content (e.g., paid online courses, stock imagery platforms), reproduce them for commercial gain, or authorise another tattoo artist to apply them as permanent tattoos without our written consent.
The ANNA Z TATTO name, logo, and associated brand elements are trademarks of ANNA Z TATTO Pvt. Ltd. Any unauthorised use for commercial purposes constitutes trademark infringement.
Our website content (photography, text, layout, code) is protected by copyright. You may view, save, and share pages for personal non-commercial purposes. Reproduction, republication, or commercial use requires written permission.
When you submit material to us — a reference photo, a handwritten sample, text for a custom piece — you represent and warrant that:
We may decline to use submitted material if we believe it infringes third-party rights or violates these terms. Such declined commissions are refunded in full.
We warrant that our products will be delivered as described, produced in accordance with applicable Indian cosmetic manufacturing standards, and free from material defects at time of delivery.

We do not practise medicine. Our products are cosmetic items, not medical devices or pharmaceuticals. Any skin concerns should be discussed with a qualified dermatologist.
To the extent permitted by Indian law, our liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to your use of our products or services is limited to the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim, except in cases of:
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages (e.g., lost profits, emotional distress from a tattoo that didn't look right for an event, reputational harm).
If a skin reaction is caused by our product: we will refund the purchase price in full, reimburse pharmacy costs up to ₹3,000 without receipts or higher amounts with receipts, and pull the relevant batch from our inventory for re-testing. See our Refund Policy for details.
You are responsible for applying and wearing our tattoos in accordance with the instructions provided with the product and published on our website (particularly our application guide).
Do not: apply to broken, irritated, or inflamed skin; apply over existing open wounds or recent permanent tattoos; apply to infants or toddlers; use if you have known allergies to the ingredients listed on our About page and product listings; leave the product on under occlusive dressings for extended periods.
If you experience any adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor if symptoms persist.
If you create an account with us, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
By placing an order, you consent to receiving transactional communications (order confirmations, shipping notifications, delivery updates, refund notifications) via email, SMS, and WhatsApp. These are not marketing messages and you cannot opt out while you have an active order.
Marketing communications (newsletters, new product announcements, seasonal offers) are sent only if you have explicitly opted in. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any marketing email.
We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery or performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including: natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, transportation failures, courier service disruptions, power outages, civil unrest, acts of government, or similar force majeure events. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you and resume performance as quickly as possible.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, please email us at hello@annaztatto.shop so we have an opportunity to resolve the matter directly. We respond to all such communications within 7 working days.
We may update these terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. For material changes (ones that meaningfully affect your rights or our obligations), we will email registered customers at least 30 days before the new terms take effect, and post a notice on our homepage.
Your continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If any provision of these terms is found by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. The invalid provision will be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
